You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Most of our handmade products can be returned or exchanged. However, due to the unique nature of handcrafted items, please note:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability of the desired item. You may be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
